- TPTim PierceMar 25, 20221.0I was given a price for equipment rental for 2 weeks rental on 2 pieces of equipment , rental, taxes , pickup and delivery. I called off the rental on 1 piece at the end of the 2 week term and extended the rental on the other piece for the month. I used it 4 more days and then called it off. Even though I was willing to pay the monthly price for the 4 Xtra days, I got an additional pick up charge because I extended my rental. In hindsight I should have kept the piece until the last day of the month rental. I did not expect the Xtra pick up charge and nobody told me that as well. Be careful of dealing with united. I will never deal with united again. Sunbelt all the way from here on out!

United has the best equipment and selection. Blue star is always too expensive. I'll recommend united in Aiken every time.
