I would highly suggest having this company come out to do your survey. Very accurate and they are great with making sure to properly clear out heavily wooded areas and ensure property owners are able to find property corners without a problem. The field team is very polite and help explain everything in detail. you can’t ask for more

Trip is a liar and he is crooked, His surveys are what his client wants. He will do any thing that is crooked to collect money. I have delt with him and had some of his surveys overturned. New Ellenton for example. Just check it out.

SPEND YOUR MONEY ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!
Contracted 20 acres to be surveyed into smaller lots. $1800 upfront which was half of the cost of the job. I called repeatedly trying to get them out there. I even stopped by and showed my face at one point thinking that I may get something done in person. I was wrong. Almost one year later and nothing has been done. Called for a refund three times and no one will call me back. Learned my lesson.
