How do budgets work?
We determine budgets by multiplying the previous year's usage (or average customer usage if not applicable) by the current average cost of oil. The resulting total is divided into 11 equal monthly payments, spanning from July to May. No payment is due in June. We review budgets early in the year and, if necessary, recalculate them with the customer. As a respected local HVAC company, we prioritize transparent pricing and high-quality work. Can I get a service contract?
Service contracts are available for most equipment we install. We can also provide contracts for equipment installed by other companies, provided it was installed within the last five years. Please note that HVAC units must be serviced before being added to an account.
When can I schedule my annual service?
We recommend annual servicing or tune-ups for all units. To minimize winter-related issues, we prefer scheduling these appointments between March and September. Our service capabilities include a variety of units, including heat pumps.
How do I become an oil customer?
All our oil customers are placed on automatic delivery. Before our first delivery, we need to inspect your heating oil tank. We require a credit card on file, which will be automatically charged the day following each delivery. Please note that we do not offer one-time deliveries.
