- ALarmando leoniOct 15, 20255.0Victor met with us several times. He was easy to work with, knew the products thoroughly and was able to deliver in a reasonable price range and time frame. His crew was meticulous and punctual always performing a great job. Much to our excitement, Victor was even able to repair the glass portion of a double casement window that was replaced by warranty from another company. We were satisfied and plan on calling again for additional work in the future.

He brought in an expert from Anderson as three of the windows were custom. He laid out several options for each job and provided thoughtful estimates. On the installation side, the work speaks for itself. "Murh" was the on-site job lead and is a true craftsman. He pays close attention to detail and makes sure the job is done correctly. The finished windows are included on Vanger's website and you would think they were original to the house. (no small feat give the uniqueness of the house) The only problem was the jobs took much long to complete than originally estimated. There were reasons for this and Victor did his best to work though the delays but they did occur and should be mentioned in this review. The reason I'm giving Vanger five stars was the quality of work and the fact that Victor and Murph are truly professionals. Delays can happen and when they did, Victor took them seriously and I believe did his best to address the causes. If your looking for excellent workmanship and a partner for your window and door project, reach out to Victor at Vanger.
