- BDBill DSep 6, 20251.0Absolutely Horrible Experience!! Total kitchen, Double charged our deposit. Song And Dance to get the extra refunded, then called it a "gesture of goodwill". No follow up, waited 10 days for an updated cost and questions answered. When we finally called Them back they called my wife a liar. Finally decided no way will this go well and canceled. Have been trying to get our deposit back since 8/17/25. Cant believe Home Depot allows these jokers to work out of their building.

I am contacting the Attorney General, Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission, Cosumer Protection Office, and have filed a complaint with my credit card company. My credit card was charged twice for a deposit. There is no stability within this branch and the turnover is outrageous. As such, after weeks of getting a total run around with incorrect selections, unapplied appliance rebates, and not being able to even price out the dimensions for my peninsula, I cancelled my order and was assured a refund by the manager (who also is no longer there). A second manager was assigned to this suffering location, acknowledged the service delivery failures, and shared she had escalated the refund and we would receive it within the next few days. It's been weeks. We are out thousands of dollars. Do not do business with Wren Kitchens at this location. And, if you do, check your receipts and orders closely - you will be spending hours of time fighting to get your money back.
