She strongly emphasized the importance of lead-safe renovations and explained how Window World surpassed other companies in this area. Unfortunately, none of those promises were upheld during installation. The installers did not follow a single lead-safe procedure, even though one of the windows was installed in my 18-month-old child’s bedroom. This was extremely frustrating and concerning. On top of that, the new front door was improperly installed and requires significant force to open and close due to an alignment issue. I contacted the company on the day of installation, but it took multiple calls and emails before I was assured the problems would be addressed. After that, an entire month passed with no follow-up. When I called again, I had to re-explain everything because there was no record of the issues on my account. Another month passed before I was finally contacted to schedule a repair, and I was informed that the technician only works on Fridays. While my neighbor had a positive experience with this company, mine has been the opposite. I would not recommend Window World, particularly for door installation. Overall, this has been an extremely disappointing experience, and I would advise others to proceed with caution.
