  I will forever call William J Riley for all my heating and plumbing needs. They were nice, honest and professional from the minute I called to the time they came out to assess a leak and then install my new water heater tank! AMAZING service 10/10 recommend!

  The absolute BEST!!! Not only was Dave the only heating technician who could help us fix our system when we first moved to Providence (after two other companies came, including the one that installed it!), but he came to our rescue again when we were being overcharged and told that our new heating pumps were defective. Dave was able to correctly diagnose the issue and remedy it…and without an expensive and unnecessary replacement of parts. He even fixed a problem we didn’t even know we were having due to the previous company incorrectly setting our furnace! It is rare to find people like Dave anymore…so genuine, caring, and honest. I consider myself very lucky to know him and work with him. For someone who never leaves company reviews, I happily leave this one since we can’t thank Riley Plumbing and Heating enough!

  I always feel safe with Wm. Riley Plumbing. That’s a valuable thing. Harry, Alex, David are all wonderful tradesmen who are a tremendous asset to their company.

  I called for an emergency repair due to water coming from boiler. I was recommended my a friend who had good things to say. The woman who answered the phone was very unprofessional. At first interrupting and correcting me for using the wrong terminology (sorry im not a plumber), then rudly telling me they cant help me and to call someone else before hanging up. Not exactly the impression id want for a customer calling for an emergency. I understand if they couldnt help, but the person i dealt with was terrible...

  I have used this company for seven years for a variety of issues from small to significant. They have never failed to solve the problem efficiently and I’ve never felt overcharged by n the slightest. As a retired senior, highly recommend. Professional, efficient, solid customer service consistently - doesn’t get any better.
