  Simple in and out. Set up a trencher rental. I arrived at the appointed time and they let me borrow a tow hitch and sent me on the way. Good group of folks there, helpful and polite. I recommend.

  Taylor Rental did a great job when i found myself in need of some big tables and chairs for a family party, Cliff and the guys were super helpful and professional. I will absolutely rent from them in the future, a real asset to the city of Warwick.

  Replying to Mark Pelletier's one star review of my business below. Mark entered my store and picked the smallest generator from my line of generators. He told my clerk that he was going to run an electric pressure washer with it. My clerk assumed that he knew what he needed because Mr Pelletier didn't ask for advice or for a recommendation, he seemed to know exactly what he wanted. Mr Pelletier kept the generator for 5.5 hours and never called to let us know that it was too small to do what he needed done. Had he asked for advice we would've asked him a few questions and most likely recommended something larger. In my business, time is money. I agreed to charge Mark for only 4 hours rather than for the full day even though he kept it for 5.5 hours. Unfortunately Mr Pelletier felt that he shouldn't be charged at all and I was not agreeable to that. Had we been the ones to recommend the wrong generator, I'd have agreed not to charge Mark but he chose the generator himself as if he knew what he needed for his job. I guarantee that my equipment will function properly and when it doesn't I will bend over backward to make things right. The generator that we provided runs and functions perfectly. It was simply not the right tool for the job. Next time Mark, Ask for help or at least call us when a situation arises and we will make every effort to resolve it. I'd like to point out the fact that Mark has several other one star reviews for other businesses in the area. Just sayin'......Kevin LaRose Manager Taylor Rental Center Warwick, RI

  Been here before, but this is the last time. Rented a generator that didn't do the job, it bogged down and wouldn't operate properly, so my pressure washer wouldn't work. The elder guy said you should have told us what you were using it for. I DID! Because I was on a job and couldn't leave ,they only knocked off 10 dollars because of the time I had it. RIDICULOUS the machine didn't work and you still charged me.Goodbye Taylor
