I didn't know what to do, so I contacted my handy man who I 100% trust and he referred me to Jim. Jim and team contacted me that evening of the blizzard and I was able to explain my situation and send pictures, Jim said that he would contact me the next morning. Jim and crew came over after digging themselves out and within an hour, they removed and replaced my old water heater. Fast, professional and very courteous. Fair price for the work done. Thank you Jim and team!
