  Excellent service and communication. Dennis and Brian were so helpful for my cooktop replacement project. Brian was able to cutout my countertop to fit the new cooktop measurements. I look forward to having them back to adjust cabinets to fit new double ovens.

  Dreammaker Bath and Kitchens came out to do a tub to shower conversion for us in a guest bath as well as a partial kitchen remodel. Husband and wife team/owners who have a very nice showroom in Warwick. First and foremost, I have to say, the crew they sent out was top notch. They don’t have a large crew and they are measured in the number of projects they take on to fit the capacity of that crew. The carpenter, plumbers, electrician, even the demo guy - all excellent. The crew, whether subs or employees, really were worth their salt in the quality of the work and quality as human beings, respectful of you and your property. The latter may seem superficial but believe me, it becomes super important as your home is taken apart and you’re living in a big mess while construction moves forward. A+ The tub to shower renovation was unbelievable. We provided most of the materials and they did the renovation. I could not say more good things about how it turned out. One thing worth mentioning is that they are a franchise and like most franchisees, their pricing fits a preordained price list that is usually set by the franchisor, not the local dealer, so while they were, in my experience, a little on the pricey side for the partial kitchen renovation in particular, I accepted that in exchange for quality and accountability, and I wasn’t disappointed. We have all been through the promise you everything but deliver a nightmare scenario of one sort of another in the world of building contractors. There will always be someone out there willing to do it cheaper. But we also live in a world where you get what you pay for — and we did. They are on balance, a really decent company to work with and I would recommend them.

  We contracted with DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen in June of 2024 for a complete remodel of our kitchen and downstairs half bath. Later, an upstairs shower was completely re-worked. Work on the kitchen/half bath began on October 21. High quality products were used in this project. The work crew(carpenters, plasterers, painters, plumbers, and electricians) were very skilled and were respectful of our property, always cleaning the work area after each day’s activities, in addition to being responsive to any issues or questions. We were a little disappointed in the amount of time it took to finish the project(not completed until December 16) but, as usual with these remodels, there were unforeseen problems that were encountered that caused delays. Also, communication in regards to the progress of the project, (what to expect and when) could have been better. DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen is certainly not the least expensive option when considering remodeling companies, but if you want quality materials installed by highly skilled and professional craftsmen, then I would highly recommend this company.

  I had them come out and give me a quote to renovate for a very small bathroom. My bathrooms is 5’ x 7’. They couldn’t give me an exact quote, but gave me a range from 35K to 45K. They wanted 50% payment upfront to schedule the job, and then 40% on the day the job begins. Before they even start the work, they wanted 90% payment. That didn’t work for us, so I passed.
