  Not professional, do not have the knowledge, and most importantly, come with an altitude of "I really do not care". Won't try to locate the tank during the first visit, which is fine, we contacted the previous homeowner, found it, dug it up and called them. Despite claiming "We are family business and serve this area for decades." they won't come back to the house which is about 15 min away from the company, and gave us a reschedule to a date of over one month later. We have to cover the tank to prevent bugs. Over a month later, the gentleman showed up with impatience and that "I don't care" altitude. Either did not recognize the cover of an old tank, or did not like the weather, the gentleman was whining all the time and finally stormed out after five minutes even we agreed to pay for the dig-up. Worst experience of a septic system service ever, especially with the fact that we honor our appointment and wait for their next opening date for over a month.!
