It was an easy process to finalize how we wanted our basement kitchenette to look, very fair pricing for quality materials, and there was great communication during the entire process. We plan to add a walk-in pantry to our home in the near future and will definitely be using Wren again.

The Smithfield location is amazing.. everyone was very helpful and they knew a lot about everything I needed.. always kept my budget in mind and helped me get my dream kitchen for under budget.. didn't try to sell me a bunch of expensive fancy things.. they explained cost and focused on my budget. Love this!!

You'd assume that after spending a sizeable sum, they would communicate with you regarding every step. NOPE! Never was anything communicated to me. I had to constantly harass the kind workers at this showroom to get any information. From the installation to the delivery and templating, nothing was communicated. 100% worst experience with construction or renovation I've ever had, and I worked in the industry. Waste of money. Horrible services. Never ever go with Wren!! You will lose sleep over the horribly managed process.
