    Douglas Lumber was a good experience . Have gotten so used to the fast food atmosphere of Lowe's and home depot . It was nice to get my materials from someone who knows the products .

    The staff was okay when I went in to order, but the material that was delivered by National Lumber was absolute garbage. I figured it would save me a trip and time to go to Lowe's, but it was a huge mistake. The wood was warped, bowed, splintered, and moldy. I barely used a quarter of the lumber, and it was such a waste of money. I will continue to go to Lowe's.

    Ordered pellets going on 4 years, price was competitive delivery was charged for fuel this year but did not think that was terrible however the pellets were not wrapped with the usual protective cover as they have been and has been crucial for keeping them dry already getting water in some of them, when I called the store I feel like they could care less, terrible customer service.
