  I hope you are lucky enough to have Mike Checko and his crew work at whatever you have going on. I called him on a Wednesday and he traveled to my 2 condos in Newport on Thursday for lead inspections. He had his crew work over my 2nd floor condo on Saturday, 2 days later (!) since I had a tenant moving in on Jan 3. They completed that condo and finished the other condo the next week in 3 days! My condos passed the lead inspections! I’ve been renting out my properties since 1985 and in that time I’ve only had a handful of Great people but Mike leads any pack! Thank you Mike and crew.

  Worked with Mike's team on more than a dozen projects at this point to do Lead Remediation work. Mike is knowledgable, his team of estimators are fair industry professionals, and his crew is respectful of the space and their clients. Good Deeds is incredibly easy to work with, they're responsive, communicative, and incredibly detail oriented. It's amazing to me that their prices are as good as they are, but it becomes apparent that they have a community oriented mindset that drives their excellence and service. Can't recommend them highly enough.
