  I have used Travers for septic cleaning and inspection since moving to RI 7 years ago and will continue to use them. The work is always completed within the promised time. Their technicians are respectful of the customer's property and do a careful and complete job including explaining to the customer the condition of the system and recommendations for how often to have the system serviced.

  Called for my trouble. Tech was here in 2 hours. Fixed my issue. I need to replace my furnace. They came up with an estimate very quickly.

  Today we had our septic tank cleaned! How many people who have this service done can say that it was a great experience? The Travers driver arrived on time and was the sweetest, most thorough, caring and professional gentleman. He was so respectful of our property and did such a fabulous job! We had a tip ready to give him but he left before we had a chance to thank him. And he left the property spotless! Can’t say enough what a nice experience it was scheduling the appointment with Jennifer, having the tank cleaned and all work completed so professionally! Thanks to everyone at Travers Plumbing and heating! We will most certainly continue to use your services and recommend you to others!
