One was experienced, the other was learning, but competent. Seems I pay for on the job training. The task did not need two people. Otherwise repair made satisfactorily.

From a familiar person answering the phone, to a very well trained technician performing the needed repairs. Sometimes things not changing is a good thing. I did before and still highly recommend Travers.
