Matt helped me set everything up and explained the process, Brandon came by to assess the damage and put the right plan together as far as patching for the mean time and figuring out what needs to be repaired. And then once they finished up, Elliott called me to introduce himself and explained he would be there to help me with my claim because I told them this was the first time I had to do so.
