  So appreciate the excellent customer service from Nick, Matt and Brandon (project manager). Nick made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish, top notch! Brandon provided pictures of the demolition, communicated any issues, and went above and beyond to get the job done right. I highly recommend Rinaldi Brothers for your roofing needs.

  We are a Condo Association which had been looking for a quality driven company to repair flashing and siding on a deck and several windows. We finally selected Rinaldi Brothers, and we were very happy with the results. They started on time, finished on time and cleaned up perfectly. Austin, our project manager communicated every step of the process and explained two minor change orders. They are quoting another project for us. Don't hesitate to use Rinaldi Brothers.

  My recent roof replacement with Rinaldi Brothers Roofing was excellent and beyond compare! My initial meeting at my home with Nick Rinaldi included a comprehensive review of my need for a new roof, venting, flashing, skylights, exhaust fan, ridge vents, and gutter work to include a thorough pre-inspection of my roof and attic. Mr. Rinaldi made highly informative suggestions and recommendations to improve the venting of my roof and water displacement. As part of the meeting, I received a very impressive company package of materials which included the itemized steps of the roof installation process and the top-of-the-line roofing materials to be used. This meeting was followed with the timely receipt of an incredibly detailed and informative estimate of all work to be performed and materials to be installed. I was given a date for installation and the complete crew arrived promptly on this September 2025 date supervised by Brandon. It is important to note that I received a call from Brandon before the start of the job to let me know the process for my roof replacement and answer any questions that I had. This call was most appreciated. The job took two full days and was completed by the most professional, focused, and talented roof technicians that I have ever experienced. During the installation process Brandon continued to call and meet with me to keep me up to date on the progress of my roof replacement. I also met with Mike a supervisor who was helpful and informative during this project. I must mention their roofing and flashing expert, Andres, who was a specialist in installing new and intricate copper flashing to replace my old flashing. I consider it a piece of artwork displayed on my roof. My final piece of advice for anyone in need of a new roof is to call Rinaldi Brothers Roofing now for a most professional and informative job estimate presented by the personable Rinaldi Brothers followed up with the installation of your new roof.   I would actually highly recommend this team for roof replacement which may be surprising since we did actually have a bit of a disaster as a freak rainstorm hit unexpectedly while they were working. We had a lot of leakage into our upstairs and even down into the lower floor through many ceilings. So why recommend them? Well the large team stayed diligently on the roof during the storm to cover the open areas and stemmed the flood within 15-20mins. The project leader was in the house instantly recording damage and the owner was with us within the hour. They immediately worked to bring in multiple industrial fans and dehumidifiers that day and kept in constant touch with us to review the progress of drying out. They replaced all the insulation in the attic (no easy job) and once they had confirmed the entire house was dry they brought in a team to treat the sections and then they repainted every single ceiling within 2 days. 10 days from disaster the house was back to normal and you could not tell any difference. Throughout the whole time the team were respectful of all our house and property. They covered every carpet with plastic, every hardwood floor and stair with cardboard, they moved items and kept everything safe and clean. In the garden (my pride and joy) they covered shrubs, put raised planks over my flower beds, clearly took care where they walked when they had to step on the garden and even took note and removed tarps when the hot sun was beginning to burn the leaves. There was no hassle, no fuss and no charge for all the extra work they put in to see everything right again. And after all that the roof is beautiful. I have to say that the way they handled something that went wrong speaks volumes about the care this company has for their clients.
