A wonderful service man named Hunter serviced my 7 yr old Generac generator. He was very polite, and what I appreciated most was he was honest. The battery in it was still working, but suggested that I should think about buying a new one for it. He totally left it up to me if I wanted to or not...it wasn't like he was pushing a sale. I absolutely agreed with him and now I have a peace of mind knowing it's serviced up to date. Not only that, he cleaned everything so good it looks brand new!!! I'm very happy with his service.

Our very first service visit with Cox Electric was absolutely fantastic, top notch, pleasant and, frankly, just a breath of fresh air!! Our service technician, Dan, was plain fabulous, extremely friendly and super professional/ competent!! We had the yearly maintenance done for our Generac generator and we have never ever had such over the top unbelievable service work performed!! We just switched from another dealer to Cox and what a mind-blowing difference and improvement it was. Not only did Dan discover several serious issues that had gone unaddressed for a long time, he took the time to actually professionally deep clean our generator inside and out to a "showroom" shine like we've never seen. You'll get the hands down best and honest service/ commitment with integrity and professionalism money can buy when you turn to Cox Electric...and Dan in particular!! Extremely impressed with Cox and Dan! Highly recommend them...you cannot go wrong!!!

The service performed on my generator was exceptional Within 3 minutes after arrival the issue was determined, a bad starter. The service rep removed the starter, replaced it with a new one, then ran several power on/off checks to ensure the Generator starter was operating correctly. He also checked the battery to ensure it was good. This took only 15 minutes and all was well. There was no charge for anything as the generator warranty covered everything. Excellent Service by Exceptional Service Staff. Thanks

Cox Electric once again exceeded expectations every step of the way. Cox already installed a Generac home generator system for us and that too was a great experience. The team came out to troubleshoot a problem I was having with my electric vehicle charging circuit. They installed a dedicated circuit for the EV charger and while working on it found that I had installed the wall charger incorrectly. Totally my fault with potentially dangerous consequences. They were thoroughly professional about explaining my error and fixing the problem. The installation was very clean and professional appearing. My EV charging time is reduced by 65% and most importantly the system is much safer. The final price came in well under budget. No expensive surprises and after the team left there was no signs they’d ever been there except for neatly run conduit.
