  Called twice, they took my information twice and said I'd get a call back. First time was an emergency burst pipe that was already flooding the street in front of me, all I wanted was the main valve in the ground shut off just to stop the leak and then set up a repair. 2 days later no call back. Called again, gave my information, day later, not a peep. If I wasn't a disabled combat veteran and recovering from an illness, I would've fixed it myself. Even a call or text that said it was going to be a while would've been nice, so I wasn't left hanging and I could move on to another company. With skyrocketing prices I'll most likely end up doing it myself and just endure the pain and suffering afterwards.

  Called office twice for a near emergency repair need (shower not working just before a houseful of guests were scheduled to arrive). Both times, I was promised a plumber would call me shortly. I never received a call. Ended up calling another company that came in less than two hours and solved the problem quickly.
