Leaving a business thats dependent on it’s elevators stuck for over a week due to inexperience and not returning calls, promising a tech would come out then nobody shows up. Very disappointed. Unfortunately its not up to me because if it was, we wouldn’t be using tk anymore!

I have a maintenance contact and they DO NOT pick up the phone, answer emails or even show up to do the maintenance. We're talking dozens of unanswered calls/emails from my sales person, the mail line and even the techs. This has been going on for over a year. They are the sole reason my elevator failed to pass inspection, they refuse to perform the services that I've already paid for. They even failed to register my annual inspection. Total garbage company. Save yourself headaches and thousands by going with a smaller local company.
