  We found a leak in our ceiling on a Sunday afternoon (of course, it had to happen on a weekend 😅), and our plumber told us to call RestoPros. I was honestly shocked by how fast they responded — they were at our house just a few hours later. The team was incredibly thorough from the moment they arrived. They not only figured out where the leak was coming from but worked carefully to minimize any damage. They even took the time to remove our custom-built cabinets so they wouldn’t get ruined by any water or work the plumbers had to do, and made sure they could be reinstalled later without an issue — such a thoughtful detail most people wouldn’t think about. Sean was awesome — super calm, professional, and reassuring during what was easily one of the most stressful moments we’ve had as new homeowners. He explained everything clearly — what was going on, what our options were, and how they could fix the issue without tearing up half the house. These kinds of things can be a nightmare, but RestoPros made us feel like we were in good hands the whole way. It’s rare to find people who actually care about your home as if it’s theirs, not just about getting the job done. Couldn’t recommend them more!

  I can’t say enough about Dan and Sean. Great customer service, honesty, personable, etc. Sean arrived in less than 24 hrs of my call searching for what might have caused water damage in the lower level. The whatever caused the water damage had stopped and had already begun to dry. Luckily, in an adjacent bathroom there is drop ceiling and Sean was able to access the area above the spot where the damage was and assured me there was no leaking pipes and no mold. He made suggestions as how to properly dry the area and sprayed an enzyme to stop any mold that might begin. NO DEMO. Although the mystery was never solved, 5 days later, I am in the clear. YEAAA! Thanks guys. And a shout out to Carlos at Statewide plumbing for recommending Resto Pros.

  As a result of my hot water tank giving out, I discovered a partially flooded basement with mold already having set in. RestoPros of Providence promptly responded once I reached out, and I immediately knew I was in good hands. Sean came to my house and explained exactly what the job entailed. He spared no time in removing the carpeted area and showed me exactly how much damage from mold had occurred. He worked tirelessly in getting the job done, all the while respectfully and kindly handling all the items I had stored in my basement. I couldn’t have been more pleased! Dan was professional and courteous throughout our communication, and quoted me a very fair price. Sean and Dan provided a great experience, and eased what could have been a much more stressful situation. I highly recommend RestoPros of Providence! Much thanks!
