Solid fencing was considered but the solid fencing would have blocked visual access to the stores. AEP designed and installed a combination of bollards and chain swags which accomplished all three goals. 1. The swags discouraged pedestrians from endangering themselves. 2. the swags and bollards kept open the visual presence of the shops. 3. The bollards also served as signposts to receive the signage for the designated parkers. Thank you, AEP!
