- PBPete BartkiewiczMar 16, 20265.0Best overhead door company in RI, they helped me when I needed a repair at my business and during the Blizzard of 26' my door broke and needed a full replacement. The Bilzzard was on Monday and I had a new door installed on Friday when another company was 2 weeks out. The installer really knows what he's doing and the door is adjusted perfectly. The price was great, the service was unbelievable and the product is exceptional! These guys check off all the boxes! Five star company for sure!

They came out the same day to diagnose the issue with our garage door, and immediately got us on the schedule to repair it the very next day, which we really appreciated. Mason was excellent! As promised, he called to give me a 30 minute heads-up, and arrived both times at the beginning of the 2 hour expected window. He was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and he walked me through several repair options with zero pressure, just guidance. The labor cost was very fair, as Mason also included the pairing of a garage door opener and outdoor keypad. The whole process was smooth and straightforward. We love supporting a small, family owned business, especially when the service is outstanding. We highly recommend Carr’s Overhead Doors and will absolutely use them again.
