Absolutely beautiful job these guys did...90 degrees outside...they installed insulation in the attic....they were up on the roof...out in the hot sun and down in the basement...hard working...very professional and friendly. Left everything nice and clean....definitely recommend!!!!!

Frequently Asked Questions About Rhode Island Insulation

What would prevent me from not qualifying for rebates?

There are a few factors that could affect your eligibility for rebates. These include outdated electrical systems in your home. Additionally, if you're a tenant receiving heating assistance, your situation would be handled through a separate program entirely.

How do I know if my house is insulated?

There are several indicators that your house may lack proper insulation. One clear sign is if your roof is snow-free while neighboring houses still have snow on their roofs, suggesting heat loss through your attic. Other signs include high heating costs, noticeable drafts, cold walls even with the heat on, and frequent cycling of your boiler. Condensation on walls can also be a sign. It's worth noting that homes built before 1950 often lack insulation. For a definitive answer, you can remove a piece of siding and drill a small hole in the side wall. Keep in mind that even if your attic is insulated, it doesn't necessarily mean your walls are.
