Spoke with Bill and he was awesome throughout the entire process. He was honest about the number of coats needed for my selected color. Quote was expeditiously sent to me and was competitive with others I called. But it was the personalized customer support I got and the honest attitude of the company. Most painters aren’t interested in doing only a single room. One guy came out (super nice and professional!), carefully moved/covered my furniture, completed the job in a few hours, and the results are amazing and precisely as I envisioned. Simple and easy. Didn’t try to oversell. Respected my property and wasn’t on the phone all day while he worked. Communication was easy. What most painters who don’t want to do “small” jobs don’t understand is that in the future, there will likely be more work to be done. And when I’m ready to do that bigger job, I definitely know who I’ll call. Cranston Paint!
