  We walked in and we were greeted immediately by Jeff and Joe. They had no problem staying late to answer all our questions. Jeff went above and beyond helping us come up with a kitchen design. We highly recommend Cabinets To Go.

  I pay for cabinets and counter and install price was OKAYYY but what it made it worst am still waiting for cabinet it been over 2 months now I call and they keep givjng me different date for delivery am still waiting. I call them they say I call you back and 2-5 hours later they call me back to tell me it got rescheduled its worst I wish i could get my money back the worst

  The worst customer service ever. The salesmen do pull some slimy moves to get the most money out of you possible, and then they take no accountability for the horrible service that proceeds.Designed with our salesman who conveniently did not give us all the possible materials for countertops choosing to label quartz as the cheapest option when laminate and Formica would’ve been cheaper but I ignored that because maybe they were out of stock and so we ordered cabinets before the Wednesday cut off to have delivered the following week as we were told is customary, our salesman boasted how fast they are, and how once those are delivered the cabinets typically go up in a week, that things move really fast once they're delivered. That was in early September on a Monday so it made the cutoff for the next weeks deliveries. We waited for a call about a window for delivery so one of us could be home to receive it no call, a week goes by we call them they’re not in office we call again and again and play phone tag for them to inform us they for some reason weren’t put in before Wednesday and so we’ll get delivered the next week so we wait again and a week goes by again no call no emails no updates play phone tag again to be told 1 cabinet was damaged in transit and now the ones we ordered are on backorder, and we’ll have to push the delivery date back again. We’re on vacation the next week so now it has to wait til we get back, we get a call a day before we leave the one that was damaged will be refunded 700$ but we’ll need to “order” it again and pay another 700$ and it will not be delivered with the rest of the order but will instead come a few days later and will need to be picked up from the store unless we pay another delivery fee as if them damaging it in transit, it not being delivered on time is our fault. We just want it over with it’s been a month now since we ordered them so we agree to pick it up. Today the cabinets finally came over a month later and the final cabinet was supposed to be picked up tomorrow except after no updates no calls again we called and were told the dates now pushed back to mid November. For that one but why is it we have to make the calls to get any updates why is it they made no attempt to communicate this delay with us before we’ve had nothing but issues with getting our products the cabinets that were delivered today cannot be installed til all the materials are there so again we’re at a stand still and they really just were going to let us show up at the store tomorrow and find out again on the day it was supposed to be delivered that it’ll be another 2 weeks . That’s just for the cabinets I’m literally stressed thinking of having to go through this mess again for the countertops which can’t be installed til the cabinets are. So a project we were given a two week timeline on is now taken over 2 months just to get the materials for installation. It feels like a joke at this point our kitchen won’t be done til Christmas, but they had the gall to boast about how fast their shipments and installation are. Then never communicate about your order unless you track them down because they’re always conveniently on lunch. This service is not at all worth the price tag.

  I am looking to upgrade a kitchen and a friend recommended to I take a look at what Cabinets To Go had to offer. The friend purchased from CTG several years ago and their kitchen looks awesome! Jeff Taylor explained the difference in the styles and pricing of the makers they carry. He was very concise and thorough in helping me estimate the size of my cabinets and his recommendations of everything I needed was above and beyond super. A friend came with me and he did double work as she was looking for something totally different from me. He should define be upgraded in pay! Jeff, thanks for your knowledge of the products you sell. Will definitely be back, but sadly not before the promotion is over.😒
