  Massud’s has installed carpets for us for many years. This rug is absolutely beautiful. The installers were neat & worked so hard, doing an amazing job. Joe Massud worked with us from start to finish to make the end result to be exactly what we wanted! Ken came in following the install to be sure all was perfect!!! We love our new look!!

  The experience from showroom selection and assistance, to site measuring and installation were excellent. Paul Massoud and his installers Geo and Alex were terrific. So happy with my new kitchen and dining area floor. Would use them again!

  We are so pleased with the service we received from Massuds. It's so refreshing dealing with a family business where you speak with the owners & are treated as a valuable customer. Their rug choices & installers are excellent.....definitely would recommend to anyone looking for flooring or rug installation!

  I had luxury vinyl floors installed, and they look beautiful. The real kudos go to the two men who installed the floor. Very professional and well done. My only regret is that the store is located in an area where I had to park on the side street and was worried about my car all the time I was trying to choose flooring. So the process was a little rushed, and there was only one person in the store at the time and he really couldn’t give me much help. I do wish the pricing was more transparent. The pricing they gave me was one lump sum so I don’t know how much was flooring and how much was labor. It did end up costing me almost $500 more because they charged me for Buying new baseboards, which I didn’t know they were going to do, but it turned out OK, and they charged extra for having to cut down some of the doors because the flooring was so thick.
