Or, le fabricant indique un RLA de 27 A, donc la mesure était normale. Un second technicien a confirmé que le système fonctionne très bien. Aucun remboursement offert pour les 402 $ excessif facturés.

Quand on les a contactés pour les aviser qu’il ne fonctionnait pas même après leur réparation, ils nous ont dit qu’il ne pouvaient rien faire. Quand ils ont proposé de faire la réparation, ils nous ont dit que ça réglerait le problème. Résultat nous avons payé absolument pour rien.
