Je demande la garantie : monsieur il faut passer par votre installateur !!! On me réponds ! Or mon installateur n’existe plus ! Pourtant .. l’appareil est bien sous garantie !!! Monsieur, on peut rien faire pour vous ! Si vous ne passez pas par votre installateur ! Je répond : mais c’est bien votre Garantie qui a été donnée ! Oui .. mais il faut passer par votre installateur !! Bref, des vrais voleurs et menteurs ! Je vous déconseille fortement d’acheter une thermopompe de cette marque ! Ils mentent sur leur garantie ! Et en plus j’avais acheté le thermopompe sur un salon où le directeur des ventes de Trane était présent ! Nous assurant de la garantie etc.. C’est une véritable escroquerie !!
