- VWVeronica W.Sep 15, 20253.0Absolutely incompetent, irresponsible, disrespectful, unprofessional service. We have been waiting for 5 (!!!) weeks for the elevator repair in our condominium. Their service man came after the first 3 (!!!) weeks, worked for an hour - a couple hours after he left the elevator stopped running again. They do not return our calls, do not keep promises. P.S. I changed my review from one star to three stars as after all huge struggles we managed to find two great professionals and great persons in this organization: Paul and Brandon who really helped us. But it doesn't change the fact of extremely poorly organized business on the whole.
- SDSunny DesaiJan 15, 20231.0TKE is trash. Their elevators are the worst elevators out in the market. My property opened in October 2020 and a part that is never supposed to broke apparently broke. My elevators were down for 4 months! We have had non stop issues with this company, most recently they came and did a mandatory OSHA update and our elevators have been completely messed up! They go down every other day, this is absolutely ridiculous. They admitted to me that they are aware that this update causes problems however they are continuing to still install them. I need someone competent to resolve my issues. Unfortunately I’m stuck, but anyone shopping for elevators or service STAY AWAY FROM TKE! Update: Also due to elevators failing constantly, I’ve lost over $7500 in revenue because I had to provide refunds for guest complaints.

Wednesday we called and a gentleman came, did a few things and said "well, it's 4pm, I have to leave". Never came back on Thursday, even after we called them several times and asked the office to call us. Friday we called and just put in another service request. Our office is a medical facility with older patients who have a very difficult time with steps. Looking for another company to service us.
