  Haller was there the same day that I called on a Holiday. Water was backing up into my laundry room, i could not use water in my home without water backing up. Jason found the problem fast, that week Moises was there repairing my lateral underground plumbing line with PVC. They were fast, dependable, and professional. My home was usable again later that week. I am happy I chose Haller for such a big project and will hire them again.

  Jared was extremely professional, was very articulate explaining what the problem was with the HVAC. I appreciated the same day service. Jared called and advised when he was 15 minutes away, which worked out well. Again, extremely profession and great manners. I really like this company. I have trusted them for a long time with my HVAC maintenance and repairs and they have never disappointed me. Thank you!!

  DiQuan and crew came out to install my new furnace and heat pump. They did excellent work. Moved some things around so everything is more easily accessible. Cleaned up everything when they were done. Very respectful of my home. Detailed explanation of what they did and how the new system worked. Answered all of my questions. Alex helped me decide which unit was best for me. Thoroughly explained my options and the differences. Everyone I’ve spoken with during this whole process was amazing.

  Have had many people come out to look at my boiler to no avail. Lucas came out and in an hour had the whole thing apart found the problem no one else could and fixed it. We battled this boiler for a year and nothing fixed it. Lucas was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We got it running (better then ever) and signed up for the cleaning plan. Would recommend 100%. (Had wrong nozzle on sprayer and electrodes were set incorrectly)

  Waste of my time. I only needed the tech to replace the plastic parts for my hose bib backwash preventers. One was leaking and I did not have time to get new parts myself due to immediate business travel. The technician seemed to have no clue what I was talking about, made no effort to take off a cap to see for himself, and instead told me he doesn't do that. His fix was to replace all the piping and hose bib itself. Really?? Versus replacing a $3 part?? It cost me $79 to learn a professional knew less about basic homeowner hose bib knowledge than me. Completely disappointed.
