  I was very pleased with the timeliness and urgency that Brett and team had to get the work completed on my mother's estate. They were extremely pleasant to work with and very willing to take the time to explain everything as the whole process was completed. Special Thanks for Jess and Meghan both very friendly and pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend J L Martin & Sons Septic Service and Shoffner Constructions & Excavating.

  This is the first home we have owned with a septic system. The tank alarm sounded off one evening. After some research, I called a company out to check, and pump out the tanks. After a major issue was discovered during the cleaning, I needed to call a professional. After reaching out to 3 different companies, J L Martin & Sons responded promptly.(Never did hear back from the one place, and the other reponded to my urgent message weeks later). Brett was thorough in his planning, and communication with us throughout the process was appreciated. Although there was a hickup in communication with the final tank placement, Brett provided a solution and delivered as promised. I feel confident with the completed work, and will use their services in the future.

  I can’t say enough great things about Brett and his entire team at JL Martin & Sons. From the first phone call with the office staff getting everything scheduled all the way to the crew that came out to do the work, it was all absolutely top notch. Our system was in need of serious overhaul and repair largely due to the poor quality of work done by the previous septic contractor. When we called JL Martin & Sons and explained our circumstances Brett came out the same day and evaluated the situation and gave us a full breakdown of what we needed. The price that was quoted was very reasonable considering the extensive work that was needed and the job was completed with the highest level of professionalism and quality! I couldn’t be happier with the work. It’s a relief to know that there are still companies like JL Martin & Sons that value honesty and integrity all while providing A+ level service. JL Martin & Sons will be the only company we use for all our future septic service needs!

  Our sand mound was starting to overflow with water; I googled this issue and everything I read said call a professional immediately. I reached out to about 4 companies trying to get someone out to take a look. I called JL Martin and Sons and the receptionist told me the owner was in the area and would stop by shortly. Brett came to our house about 30 minutes later and spent a good hour or two at our property trying to narrow down the reason or reasons for the issues. Once we figured out the best plan of action, Brett sent me a proposal within 24 hours. I called a few other companies to shop price and decided to go with JL Martin and Son. First of all they fit me in the calendar around my availability and then they came out and did all of the work in one day. JL Martin and Sons definitely earned my business for years to come.
