  Technicians were very nice but I will never use this company again and I would highly recommend going with another company. They are insanely overpriced. They tried to charge me $400 to unclog a toilet which took maybe a minute, over $500 to fix a tiny leak, and over $1500 for a new toilet. Not to mention they couldn’t even complete everything, simply left and never even called back to schedule a follow up. Terrible experience, and even worse prices.

  We had an issue with our electrical circuit getting overloaded. Haller had an electrician out the next morning, which was awesome! Bradley was our electrician and was very polite and thorough. He offered suggestions and provided estimates before the work was performed. Once everything was completed, he showed me the work that was done. We will definitely use Haller again and will request Bradley as our electrician for future projects as he was excellent!

  Recommend Haller 100%. I had some concerns about my boiler after I replaced my Expansion tank. I generally try to do as much as I can on my own before I have to call somebody. Brian L came this morning. I explained everything I had done and he didn’t mind if I hung out and watched so I could learn more. At no time did he make me feel as if I didn’t know what I was talking about even if I didn’t have the right words for the parts. He explained things to me that I didn’t know. He was very helpful so that in the future, I knew what to look out for. There’s something to be said for any service person that comes out that takes the time to talk to you and get to know you and truly listen without being condescending. He offered and explained that the company has a service plan that I could sign up for he was never pushy about it. He just offered the information and said he would email me more details,and if it was something that I would like to do, I could contact the office. I appreciate that, and not being pushed into anything that I’m not ready to do.

  Great work, fast response, performed an additional task while on site, Darius was very professional. But very expensive. I had them install a garbage disposer (that I purchased elsewhere) and had them install a new float valve in a toilet and it was about $1000. Had them quote a new gas water heater, quote was $3700, found the same unit at Home Depot, $1200 with installation. So I'd say they are a premium plumbing company, if you have time to shop around you'll save a lot of money.

  I have been a loyal customer of Haller for more than 10 years. After my December 9th maintenance service I cancelled my loyalty membership. During the maintenance inspection the inspector said there was a potential for carbon monoxide because of a cracked heat exchanger in the unit. Note that I purchased a $100 carbon monoxide detector from Haller a couple of years ago. So, without permission he shut the gas off and “red tagged” the unit. We called his supervisor to complain and asked for some sort of waiver because at the end of the day, it’s our house and our decision. Yet, the only offer was to let us let them replace the burner unit for $5316 minus a loyalty discount of to $799 to get it to $4518 the next day. It was 20 degrees that day and that was the absolute worst service and a red flag for how to scare people into spending money. The technician who has been regularly coming to our home for years walked out of here with a basic shoulder shrug like “just doing my job”. Haller ought to be ashamed, but they aren’t because they get enough people who trust them to fall for this type of scam. We called another company that came right out and turned our gas back on and agreed there should be some sort of waiver, especially in the dead of winter. We had been in the market for a new heating and cooling system and might have purchased from Haller (as we had previously) but they completely violated our trust. So, we purchased from a more reputable company a week later to benefit from some of the rebates ending this year. Buyers beware of their scare tactics. Haller you need to fix your policy to serve the customers and not just your bottom line.
