A/C wasn't working, checked around other places, HomeAdvisor suggested a couple of others who never got back to me, but then I found Doug who was round in a couple of hours, identified the fault quickly and had it repaired very swiftly; rates are very favorable too. Will definitely be using again for any heating or A/C problems.
