  DON’T BELIEVE THEIR LIFETIME WARRANTY!! I moved into a house and the first heavy rain we had water in the basement. I knew the previous owners used this company to do some waterproofing so I found the paperwork. The water was coming from exactly where the work was done. The paperwork mentions a lifetime warranty regardless of who owns the house so I called them and explained I’d like them to come out and honor the warranty. They never called me back to schedule a time. So a few months later I called and didn’t mention the warranty, just that I had water coming in. Wouldn’t you know it, they were out the next day. Once on site I mentioned the warranty and they said they’ll call me to schedule. Never scheduled me so I reached out again after 7 weeks of not hearing from them. They said I’d be soon. But another month later, still nothing so I reached out again. 2 months since I last reached out and nothing. I finally had to pay another company to fix it because I could not take anymore water. It’s clear they just don’t want to honor their warranty. Sad for them because I had other work I wanted them to do that I would have paid for, but I’ve since found someone else.

  I had water coming up through my flooring in the unfinished part of our basement this summer due to heavy rain and hydrostatic pressure. Nothing severe, and an inch or less of water but in various places. I knew a tile drain was the best route but with plans to eventually move I did not want to drop a lot of money. I called and spoke to the owner which let me tell you is amazing. Their phone goes straight to the owner, and after having tried to get quotes from other companies who never called back, this was a welcome relief. Brent, the sales person came out the next day and gave me a fair and honest quote that was really inexpensive considering the work that needed done. He was a straight shooter, cut to the chase and didn't try to upsell. I also appreciated that the work was guaranteed for the time we own the home and that they'd be happy to speak to the buyer when we do sell. I told him my budget and he worked within it. I am still in disbelief of the great deal we got. The installers were friendly and cleaned up tremendously. I was a bit nervous when I saw how dusty and messy the project was, but they really came through to put everything back the way it was! There was a slight mixup about our backup battery system from our original sump pump, and Dave assured me it would be squared away for us. I'm really impressed how seamless this major project went. I've had numerous large cost projects done in the last year and a half with local contractors and businesses, and I have to say this was probably the least stressful and best bang for our buck. Everyone was pleasant from start to end. I will be recommending to family and friends.

  Very happy with David and his crew. Very reasonably priced and high quality work. They finished everything in the time promised and even did extra work that we had not discussed for enhanced visual appeal. Would highly recommend!

  After dealing with many minor and three major (2 just last year) rainwater issues in my basement, I decided that something needed to be done. Dave came out within a few days and within a few weeks I had their Sub-Floor Drainage System (interior French drain) installed (2 days to install). I never got to meet the crew, but they did a masterful job and kept things as clean as could be...considering the type of work. I was very happy with the looks of the job, but it needed to be put to the test before I could post a review. That test came last night after a few inches of rain fell throughout the day/night. I heard the pump kick on a couple of times throughout the night which allowed me to sleep confidently. In the morning I headed downstairs to check things out - dry as a bone. I didn't even need to glance at my wet/dry vac. Thanks to everyone involved! UPDATE - 8/8/2020 - Yesterday we had 3 inches of rain in an hour and a few weeks ago 3 inches in 45 minutes. Both times the system did its job beautifully and I couldn't be happier. Thanks again!
