  DON’T BELIEVE THEIR LIFETIME WARRANTY!! I moved into a house and the first heavy rain we had water in the basement. I knew the previous owners used this company to do some waterproofing so I found the paperwork. The water was coming from exactly where the work was done. The paperwork mentions a lifetime warranty regardless of who owns the house so I called them and explained I’d like them to come out and honor the warranty. They never called me back to schedule a time. So a few months later I called and didn’t mention the warranty, just that I had water coming in. Wouldn’t you know it, they were out the next day. Once on site I mentioned the warranty and they said they’ll call me to schedule. Never scheduled me so I reached out again after 7 weeks of not hearing from them. They said I’d be soon. But another month later, still nothing so I reached out again. 2 months since I last reached out and nothing. I finally had to pay another company to fix it because I could not take anymore water. It’s clear they just don’t want to honor their warranty. Sad for them because I had other work I wanted them to do that I would have paid for, but I’ve since found someone else.

  I had an excellent experience with Basement Waterproofing Solutions. Prior to the work, I got 3 estimates and Basement Waterproofing was thousands of dollars less expensive than the other two estimates because they didn't try to sell me on unnecessary repairs. Communication was great as all of my questions were readily answered. They completed the job on time in one day. I highly recommend them for quality, honest work.

  We used Basement Waterproofing Solutions for a very wet basement in a 100+ year old home. The basement has probably NEVER been dry until we contracted with David several months ago. We had the work done in October 2017, but I waited to write the review because I wanted to be able to assure other readers that the basement has continued to stay dry. It has! Every time I go to the basement and actually SEE the floor - it makes me smile. For YEARS the basement ALWAYS had standing water in it and I never saw an actual floor since it was always covered in water or filth/debris from water that had evaporated. David was always responsive to my questions/phone calls and his workers were very good about cleaning up after the days work was done. In addition to the waterproofing we also had the vapor barrier installed and we couldn't be happier with the results. Thanks, David!
