  This is my third time working with Rivers Edge Flooring and I had another great experience. From the first call to the final install, everything went smoothly. The crew showed up right on time, worked efficiently, and kept the space clean. They paid close attention to the details, and the finished floors look amazing—better than I even expected. What really stood out was their communication. They explained every step, answered all my questions, and made sure I was happy with the choices along the way.   We hired Rivers Edge to supply and install engineered hardwood floors in our two upstairs bedrooms and hallway. Jack helped us choose a good match to the existing downstairs flooring. The installation team arrived on time, and got started right away. In my opinion there will always be a few unknowns in any home improvement project. Our unknowns were quickly remedied with input from Jack, the installation team, and our approval. We care for an elderly parent and the team stayed a bit late to make sure the hallway was completed and safe for my mom to walk to the bathroom. To prepare for the project we removed the bed linens and drapes. We also covered the furniture to avoid the dust created by this type of project, however the rooms were left tidy and vacuumed. Our floors are beautiful and exactly what we had hoped for.

  Five stars truly isn't enough! Jack and his team at Rivers Edge went absolutely ABOVE and BEYOND from start to finish. We gave them a timeline and they far exceeded our expectations. Their work is beautiful and I can't recommend them enough!!

  The guys at Rivers Edge Flooring were amazing! I had them come in to replace a section of our hardwood floor that was separating and cupping. They were able to expertly do what others would balk at because of the difficult area of the repair. I appreciate their expertise. They were friendly and honest. The owner has experience and is very knowledgeable. I'm happy to have our floor back to new condition. Thank you!
