  I think Darlene is one of the top experts on mold and water damage in the Lancaster area, she really knows her stuff and the science behind it. If you want to be thorough about things she is the person to call. I have had multiple issues in my house and their company helped fix things for me. Anthony came last time and he was professional, really went above and beyond and took time to listen to all my concerns and address them. I highly recommend them for any mold mitigation and emergency services.

  Their superb advice alleviated our concerns about mold-like specking appearing on a closet wall….Turns out, it was nicotine from a previous owner, not mold. I highly recommend them for investigating signs of in-wall, damage. Tim F.

  So disappointed with this company. We have used them in the past for water damage we had in our basement and we were very pleased with their service. We had an issue again with water last night in our basement, it was an emergency. We talked to Darlene she explained they were very busy and she could not send anyone out last night but she said someone would be in contact first thing this morning to let us know when someone could come out. Well no phone call. So I called at 9 am and spoke to Kaitlyn, she put me on hold and when she got back on the phone said they are very busy and cannot have anyone come out until JUNE. You have to be kidding me. I understand they are busy, but Darlene should have been honest with me last night and said that she could not have anyone come out anytime soon. I could have found another company to come out. I called another company this morning and they are coming out to our house right away. I understand being busy but to not be honest with me last night and to not even bother to call me back the next morning to let me know, that is horrible customer service. I will no longer recommend this company.

  I have utilized DC Eager's services on 2 occasions : a mold issue due to faulty replacement windows and a sewer backup problem. I found them to be very professional and extremely knowledgeable . They kept us well informed and educated us to avoid future issues. The staff was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them for any potential water or mold issues.
