  My experience with Easton Flooring was very positive from the first time I walked in the store to the moment the installers finished putting new carpet in. The store is clean and bright with a variety of choices. Juan was pleasant and walked us through our options, pricing, and pros/cons. Steve, who came to measure and provide additional advice, was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly (we could tell how much he cared about making sure we had what we needed). On installation day, we had an arrival window, and the team actually arrived a little early! They asked questions about preferences and did an excellent job. Their work is beautiful, but the best part was that they cleaned up every bit of mess from the job. Aside from the lovely carpet, I wouldn’t have even known they were there! 10/10 recommend Easton Flooring Inc to anyone in the area.

  Fantastic business and service. In a day where most businesses lack service, Easton flooring exemplifies best in class product and service. We found them on a random day searching online, went in the store so happy we went with them. Very involved in every aspect of the business and care so much about the output. We started out with just a runner and ended up using them for several more projects. You can’t go wrong here.

  Easton Flooring is a great place to get your flooring needs. I walked in and was asked what I was looking for and directed to the section I had asked. I wasn't hassled or pressured into anything. Was given the option of taking many samples home to see what worked best. I ended up ordering an item not in their warehouse, but it was in within 1.5 weeks. I personally ended up underestimating how much I needed and asked if there was any way of getting more rushed. Amazingly they were able to get the extra shipped from Georgia with 2 days!! Awesome customer service. I can't speak for the install side of the house because I'm a DIYer, but I'm sure they'll meet your needs. (Mohawk - PureTech Plus Ellenwood - Forest Brown Oak)
