Luckily he got it working within minutes. Wayne was awesome. He was patient with my questions & explained my entire heat system while I took notes. Cooper's the best & fortunate to have such a great tech representing them! Thanks Wayne!

They went above and beyond to make sure the installation was immaculate. It was a “tankless” job, but someone had to do it. Thanks guys!
- RFRobert FrankleOct 24, 20251.0Had Cooper Mechanical service our Buderus boiler every year , I was never home when they came out but my wife was and she would tell me the technician was only there for maybe 20 minutes , I assumed they still were cleaning the heater unit but they were just doing it quickly …. This year the heater started leaking out of the pressure relief valve . Had another company come out and look at it . They just showed me how ridiculously gummed up the heat exchange unit was with calcium , the entire unit was clogged . From what the technician tells me that heater unit was never cleaned and if it hadn’t have been cleaned this year it would’ve broken . So thank you to Cooper Mechnical for not doing what I paid you to do for the last 4 years . Do not use this company
