  Installed a new central ac unit in the house right before we bought it but they did a horrible job that is now costing us thousands to fix. The used the old duct work even though the installation instructions said it needed replaced. This company is horrible use someone else.

  As the cold weather does unexpected things I called steam specialists to address a frozen pipe issue and they came the same day and helped get things running again and they also explained the process well! The techs who were out today may God bless them, thank you steam specialists!

  They sent 2 of their guys to my house to change my furnace. I have a security camera in my kitchen and watched one of them steal from me. I confronted him immediately and he put it back. Had I not confronted him and not had a security camera in my home, would he have tried to take more? Very upset by this and wondering how many people he did this to. Im just the one with the camera and caught him.

  I called and made an appt to have my boiler serviced. Got a call back from them the same day they were to show up and said something came up and they had a more important job to do and couldn’t make it. The tech still showed up at my door after this call and went straight to my basement, then he called his boss and they advised him to leave to go to this other property. It wasn’t a problem at this point as i rescheduled with them. But then they never showed up at the next scheduled appt!! Therefore I waited weeks just to have to call someone else to come out anyway because these people weren’t reliable.
