  BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I will not go into the whole saga of my dealings with Jim but I will tell you that if you are looking for quality granite, this place is not for you. The countertops he brought me did not have one straight edge, not all corners were rounded as requested, there were chunks out of it, and when I ran my hand over it, little pieces would fall out. Jim's response to it all was "oh, I can fix that". I'm not paying thousands of dollars for granite that "needs fixed"!! And what's truly sad is that seems acceptable to him! I am getting the same exact granite and sink from a different company for almost 3k less than what Jim charged me. I do not like posting bad reviews, but I do not want anyone to go through what we did. On top of being without countertops for an extended period of time, we're out a couple thousand too!

  Beat all other competitors price wise. Jim finished right on schedule, even coming out in the evening after closing hours. Decided we wanted to add backsplash after cabinets and countertops were installed. Once the supplies arrived, he had it done in 1 day. Added bonus, was being able to see our countertop and picking it out for ourselves instead of ordering from a sample( he has a separate shop with granite and quartz pieces). Being able to support small local businesses is a plus. Will definitely use this business again.

  They were great to work with. Jim has his own showroom and granite/quartz/marble fabrication shop so my massive Kitchen Island top was installed two days after he templated it. Because he is a Full Service Installer, my Master Bath remodel was professional and timely. Cabinets, quartz countertops, fixtures, custom framed mirrors, crown molding, and floors-all done by the same team. No subbing out work! Jim is very attentive to details and does excellent detail work. I will use him again. Great company to work with!

  DON’T DO IT!!! This was the worst experience I’ve ever witnessed! My parents are remodeling their kitchen. When meeting with Jim Everything seemed great at first—like my parents were getting the countertops they had always dreamed of. But once the deposit was made, everything started going downhill. First came the runaround—constant delays, no clear answers, and no help. Then came the blame game, with excuses about the guy making the countertops. They stopped returning calls for a few days and didn’t keep us updated at all. We agreed our own contractor would remove the old countertops and prep the kitchen for Jim. But out of nowhere, I got a call at 8:30 PM saying he’d be there the next morning because he “just so happened to have help.” 😳 I told him the old countertops were still in and we’d need time to get them removed. He replied, “I’ll do it when I get there, but I’m going to charge you.” My dad and his friend rushed to get everything out in time. Jim showed up late with two younger guys, unprepared, and had to borrow my father’s tools to get the job done. At the end, he realized he forgot a small piece of countertop for the other side of the stove. He promised to have someone bring it the next day. After he rushed out, my parents walked around the kitchen and immediately noticed 3–4 chips in the countertop and a mark in the brand new granite sink. The next day, my mom came home and saw that the missing countertop piece that had been put in separate didn’t even match it was noticeably darker. She called Jim right away to get it fixed. He said he’d fix the chips but would charge her every time after that visit. 🤦‍♂️ Then Jim called to say the small missing piece must’ve been thrown out, so my parents would either need to pay for a whole new slab or let him try piecing two smaller pieces together. A few days later, he claimed that his plan worked and the seam wasn’t even visible. When my mom got home and walked into the kitchen, she spotted the cut immediately and pointed it out. Jim’s response? “You really have to look to see it.” My parents were over it and exhausted. This experience was absolutely unprofessional and I would 100% NEVER recommend this company.
