After having poorly designed cabinets installed we needed to spend more to fix all the mistakes they planned. When we returned the pieces we didn't use they are refusing to give a refund for the unneeded items. After they said they would. Do yourself a favor and don't use this company for anything. Poor designs and horrible quality cabinets, worse of all the customer service is horrendous. You would have a better conversation with a rock you find in your yard.

Not only was she of great help assisting us with the design of our kitchen, but very understanding and compassionate with the fact that we are getting a new kitchen due to our kitchen being completely destroyed when a water pipe broke. She was also so wonderful, especially with the fact that I am an interior designer, but overwhelmed right now with the damage to my own home. She was so patient as we kept rearranging our kitchen, but ended with a result we will love. Also the 3D technology and comfort given to clients was wonderful. I highly recommend Wren to anyone looking to renovate their kitchens or bathrooms. Ask for Mallory!

Do you offer a free design service?
Yes, we offer a free, no obligation design package. You will have a personal meeting with one of our designers, who will produce a computer-generated 3D plan of your room based on your ideas, showing how all the elements fit together and work in your unique space. It couldn't be easier.
Do you offer an installation service?
At Wren Kitchens, you can choose installation from our installation service partner, or we'll supply your kitchen to install yourself. For more information please visit our website.
How long does it take to get a Wren kitchen?
Once you have discovered your dream Wren Kitchen and placed your order, we will aim to deliver your kitchen within four weeks.
Do you offer a home measurement service?
Yes, one of our specialist measure techs will visit your home to measure your room and identify utilities and services. It is a non-invasive survey meaning they will not move any floor coverings or fixtures during their visit.
The home measure will typically take between 30-60 minutes. Your measurements will then be sent back to your Wren Designer, and we will be in touch to arrange a Design Appointment in one of our showrooms at a time that suits you.
What is the quality of a Wren kitchen like?
All our US kitchen cabinets are manufactured in our state-of-the-art factory based in Pennsylvania.
Do Wren offer any finance options?
