  I went shopping for cabinets to make a bourbon bar in my house. Checked the big box stores and then went to Wren Kitchens. They had exactly what I wanted and my designer Nick was great. I am very pleased with the whole process from Wren, showroom shopping, design ideas, delivery of cabinets, follow up!

  We had an amazing experience from the moment we walked into Wrens Kitchen. The staff is extremely kind and knowledgeable. Never once did we feel pressured and very happy with our quote. Lance was beyond phenomenal. He helped us design the perfect kitchen layout. Lance thoroughly answered any questions we had/continue to have. He was super patient with us and went above and beyond. 5 stars for sure!!! We are so excited for our new kitchen.

  This review is for the service that we received from the sales team that included Mallory Johnson, Amanda Narducci, and Brandon Gilvary. All were very helpful, professional and knowledgeable with the design of my kitchen. They helped me answer multiple installation questions throughout the kitchen installation process. Their help was appreciated throughout the entire design and installation process. They were the sole bright spot in the purchase of our Wren kitchen. Thank you Mallory, Amanda, and Brandon. I wanted to leave a separate review for customer service but was unable so I’ll update this review. Customer service was a disappointment. A piece from my original order that was delivered on November 18 was missing. I called customer service and they told me I would have the missing piece delivered on November 29. I can’t believe wren was unable to make a cabinet filler piece any quicker. They messed up the order and made me wait more than a week to finish my kitchen. The reason I purchased my kitchen was for the original delivery date which was very quick. But in the end, wren customer service failed me. But again, the sales team was the bright spot for my experience. I will consider other kitchen manufacturers for my next install.

  I was able to achieve my kitchen design thanks to Mallory and her manager Amanda. Thanks for giving me to have a dream come true. Update kitchen it's not finished and couple of the hinches cap are breaking, heavy doors don't close soft close.. On another piece one side of the door don't close soft the other one does, I asked at the store if that was an issue they say no that they weren't properly installed at the show room. I'm still waiting for a replacement email regarding the crown molding I'm missing. One of the toe kick became loose when I open the wine door it fell off. Just waiting on the person that was supposed to be inspecting the work. I got promised things that weren't done.
