Friendly, informative and did a great job. Today I had my other garage door opener replaced and had the same experience with a different tech. Very helpful getting me set up with the app. They made sure that I was satisfied with the installation before they left. Great Service!

Bucky and Steven spent so much time with us over the phone and in person explaining every option, and aspect of the different systems with us. Jim was so kind and professional, and fixed every issue with my doors while installing the new system. He went above and beyond in his service to fix things he did not have to do. He took his time to explain everything to me and set it up exactly how we wanted it. They did not push new doors on us, but still answered all of our questions, and provided samples, pricing and more so we can plan for when we are ready to make that investment. Their pricing was incredibly reasonable, and we got the top of the line system for far less than other companies were offering it for… all with exceptional service.

I called regarding my garage opener and their customer service is exceptional. They are very friendly and attentive to your needs. They had Steve come out to fix my garage door and install a new garage opener and he was the best. He is so knowledgeable and his work is phenomenal. He explains everything to you in great detail and makes sure you understand your new garage opener completely before he leaves. I will definitely use Whitehall Door always. They definitely exceeded my expectations. If I could give Steve and everyone at Whitehall Door more than 5 stars, I definitely would.
