Amazingly, the company managed to dispatch a technician to check on our unit within hours -- on a weekend! When it became clear that we would need to have a new furnace installed, the company's staff worked with us until we had agreed on a suitable option. The installation was prompt and done without a hitch, and the installation team explained to us how to use the new thermostat. We appreciate their professionalism and responsiveness in our time of dire need.

So when our furnace went out recently (right around a holiday), we called them again, and once again they came through with same-day service. It turned out we needed a new furnace, and they had it installed quickly with a fast turnaround. Rodney and Logan were excellent, professional, friendly, and thorough. They took the time to explain everything to us, showed us exactly what they were doing, and left the space cleaner and more organized than it’s ever been. The furnace area looks better than before. We’re really happy with their work and pricing. Highly recommend!
