  NLE was recommended by a family friend and it is clear why. They recently performed a generator install in addition to some additional work that was not anticipated and handled everything with professionalism, integrity and incredible workmanship. I wanted to personally thank Mike LeFrance, Nate, Chris Malone, and Cherise for all of their hard work and expertise (I apologize if I missed anyone!). You have a customer for life.

  Awesome work - professional, friendly and super patient even though our project manager wasnt clear to New London what the job entailed. Thank you so much! The work is neatly done, everything was explained clearly and the clean up was meticulous. Five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I'm not entirely sure what is happening with the generator service side of this place, but it's been a pretty awful time as a customer. It took us 2 weeks to get ahold of anyone (left messages and everything) and then an additional 4 weeks to get anyone out here once we were able to get ahold of someone. Well, the appointment day arrived and no one showed up. We assumed it was because of the snow and had 0 issues with a reschedule, but we weren't called. We had to call and ask what was happening because no one bothered to communicate with us. The woman we spoke to apologized for the lack of communication and clarified that we were rescheduled for the following day. Well, following day comes and the tech (who was very polite and professional) who came out told us that he can't work on our generator because it's a different brand. He said we wouldn't be charged because he didn't do anything and then later that day, I get a $195 dollar bill email anyway. We call and explained what we were told by the tech and wanted to discuss what can be done as nothing was actually done about the issue and we had already waited over a month just to get someone out here. We were told to leave a message to the woman in charge "in that department" and we did. We heard nothing. No follow up phone call. No attempt at communication whatsoever. Once again, the department would not respond to our calls or call us back. We ultimately decided just to pay the bill and give up because we were actively being ignored and being repeatedly disrespected. We will not be going to this company for a new generator. I value communication and respect. And my husband and I didn't get this for *over a month.* This was a repeated problem that we tried to communicate with someone about and it got pushed aside and ignored. Generators are a HUGE investment in a household, especially with current inflation and the economy. I can't go to a company that I can't trust to even respond to a phone call. Two stars only because the two people we were able to talk to were quite polite and professional.
