I also asked to have a whole house surge protector installed too. New London sent text reminders about the schedule which I found helpful. William arrived on time and did an excellent job installing everything. He had to run a line from one end of the house to the other. He went over the details on the new charger and surge protector installation and patiently answered all my questions. William left the area clean after the work was complete. Everything is working fine with the new charger.

They did all aspects of the installation in less than a day and we were not required to use any other subcontractors for the job. the installation was explained carefully, and the overall job was done to meet all of our expectations.
