  Just bought an existing house, not sure when previous owner had HVAC serviced. Signature HVAC came out and did a full service. On time, efficient, reasonably priced. Tech was very knowledgeable and explained the systems to me, two systems with 4 zones, nothing was labeled but now I know how it all works. Good company! I signed up for their annual plan.

  Jason was friendly, helpful and took time with me to help me better understand my HVAC systems. He worked quickly and assured me I was all set to go for the summer. We have a contract since our HVAC units are less than a year old. Well worth the price.

  Horrendous service. First to solve a poor installation, the manager told his tech to rig a solution rather than properly routing the exhaust. Second, the tech turned off the water heater and never turned it back on. Found out the hard way when we had no hot water.

  I originally had a disappointing experience with Signature HVAC and Plumbing regarding a tankless hot water heater service visit, primarily due to unclear upfront pricing and how the initial appointment was handled. However, I truly appreciate how the company handled the situation afterward. Justin Witty, the Plumbing Manager, personally reached out to apologize for the experience and assured me that this is not how they intend to do business. He took my feedback seriously and committed to addressing it internally with his team. More importantly, they went above and beyond to make things right. They offered a complimentary service for my tankless hot water heater and scheduled it at my convenience. They sent their lead technician, who did excellent quality work, thoroughly answered all my questions, and ensured everything was handled professionally. As an additional gesture, they upgraded my Plumbing and HVAC service plan free of charge for one year, which was completely unexpected and very much appreciated. This level of accountability, follow-up, and commitment to customer satisfaction has completely changed my perspective. While the initial experience was not ideal, the way they took ownership and resolved the issue speaks volumes about their values and customer service. I now feel confident recommending Signature HVAC and Plumbing to others, as they clearly stand behind their work and are willing to go the extra mile to make things right.

  Brian was great. He was very professional and is obviously very good at his job. He explained everything clearly and was helped us to understand what he found during the service. I can’t give 5 stars though, no matter how excellent Brian’s service, but the reasoning does not apply to him. Tim Off needs to fire the clanker who answers the phone…Sara maybe? We’re customers - not robots. We don’t want to talk to an AI clanker. We want to speak to a live customer service representative who understands what we need to discuss. I understand that AI is good for some things, but customer service is NOT one of them.
