  Received threatening emails that they will not service our property under the brand new system warranty after attempting to charge us an additional service fee without approval. Someone from the company came out without informing us of any service fee to view an open cap after install. We explained the situation over the phone and they informed us this cap should not be open next to the septic system but didn’t inform us there would be a service fee of any kind. All “service fees need to be disclosed” prior to arriving and not assume your clients know. After spending $12K now they won’t service it over a petty fee. An excavator and equipment were also left in our yard for a week and a half prior to the work.
