He was extremely personable, professional, and efficient. He took the time to explain what he was doing, answered all of my questions, and even shared helpful maintenance tips so I can better care for the systems moving forward. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond while still being respectful of your time. Highly recommend Signature HVAC!

He listened well, experienced and validated the problem, and did a thorough evaluation of the system to locate the issues and fix them. He was super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to educate us. We would have him back in a second. We do not care for the AI customer service interface at all. We would rather connect with a person immediately. The interface is a time-consuming annoyance and this alone has caused us to consider changing vendors.

The tech arrived on time, which I am not used to from other service providers past experiences, and was polite from the first greeting. He walked through my home (with water proof shoe covers, big thumbs up) to assure no other issues or damages occurred from the water leak. My invoice had pictures to relate to Jerry’s quotes, as well as a detailed description of what and why, which made it really simple and easy for me to explain to my wife who was not onsite for this visit. The pricing I felt was fair and the attention to detail the tech put into his inspection impressed me. Thank you Signature Team for sending Jerry to my home, I 100% look forward to him returning for the quoted repairs for a new water heater and piping repairs.
- RMRosane MendesFeb 9, 20261.0We had been using this company for over 10 years. Las summer, a gas water heater started leaking and we called them for a replacement. Husband started feeling ill right after, got checked and had a carbon monoxide test done. It came back elevated. We went to check in the basement and found the exhaust vent disconnected and the fumes being pumped into the house. We called Signature and they sent someone out to correct the issue. No apology from the company. Husband called again and spoke with the manager, and the only result was that he asked for photos and videos because "it will be great for training". Also, the first installers left a mess in the basement, which the second guy had to clean as well. We do not recommend this company.
