They used to be fine but they’ve really gone downhill. When you call you have to talk to an AI assistant and talk in circles for 10 minutes while it gets things wrong before you get to a person. And I don’t mean press 1 press 2 kind of menu. It’s a robot acting like a person and it doesn’t tell you this until you’re about to throw your phone at a wall in frustration. I have been a comfort club member for many years and now they schedule maintenance appointments over a month out. They just cancelled my appt the morning of and wanted to reschedule me for another appt over a month away two days after Christmas. If you cancel on me, I get priority for the soonest appt you have. Not a month and a half away. Cancelled my comfort club. Trying to get my money back. Scheduled with Mattioni and they had available appts for TOMORROW! And you can schedule online without talking to AI and their appt window is only 2.5 hours. Not 4. Not giving Signature my money anymore. Not worth the frustration of dealing with them.

We thought our hearing system was not working and called the company with whom we had a membership plan with. They were quick to respond and got a technician out the same day. Christian was amazing he checked everything, told us nothing was wrong and ended up doing the maintenance. Reliable company and good customer service! Glad we signed up for the membership plan. Customer service on the phone is awful. Ever since Marge doesn’t answer the phone, as she was replaced by a bot, it’s terrible. We have been trying to cancel service, because we moved out of state, and can’t speak to a person!!!

Had them come out on October 13th and perform their semi-annual maintenance on our Heat Pump. Tech stated that I needed a couple of parts which would be covered by warranty. Never received a call back to schedule the replacement parts. My wife and I have called approximately 5 times since and calls are always answered by AI Person named Sara. Asked each time to speak to a live person. She puts us on hold to transfer us to a live person who never answered or called back. This is a ridiculous way to handle customer service. I've been religiously associated with Timothy Off for probably 15 years or more. They have always performed the work expeditiously and never had a problem. The customer service is horrendous since Timothy Off and Signature merged. Guess that I will need to find another company who at least replies to our phone calls.
